Communication that resonates

A strong public message captures attention and inspires the right action. To do that, you need to start from the audience’s point of view. A relatable message, a clear call-to-action, and a smart channel mix help you hit the right note.

A good example is “Nu effe nie”, a campaign we ran for the Federal Public Service for Social Security, focused on mental wellbeing in the workplace. We brought the message to life through press conferences with ministers, podcasts, and posts from well-known Flemish figures. Thanks to a recognisable tone and multichannel rollout, the message was widely shared — and understood.

From awareness to behaviour change

Public communication is often about more than informing the real challenge is changing behaviour. That requires a sharp strategy, the right tone, and a smart media mix.

For instance, our campaign “Check je chip” for the Flemish Environment Department turned a dull administrative task into a relevant public call-to-action. Thanks to simple messaging and targeted outreach, pet registration awareness increased and so did actual registrations.

One team, one message

Effective public campaigns need clear coordination, which is tricky when several ministries are involved. We know how to align multiple stakeholders and simplify complexity.

In the “Nu effe nie” campaign, we worked with no less than four government cabinets. By helping everyone deliver the same message at the same time, we increased impact and avoided confusion.
