Preparation is everything

The golden rule? Be prepared. A good crisis plan covers it all:

  • Organisation (who does what, when, and how?)
  • Content (standard scenarios, Q&A documents, message templates, approval flows…)

Train, train, train

A plan is not enough, your teams also need to know what to do, and practice it. Crisis situations often push people outside their usual roles. That’s why we offer tailored training: from tabletop exercises to realistic simulations, even involving real media teams like VRT or VTM.

Acute crisis = every second counts

A strong plan and regular training enable you to act without hesitation when a crisis hits. No time wasted figuring out who controls LinkedIn or who speaks to the press. Just a quick, coordinated, and effective response.

Crisis communication at the highest level

In 2021, the PFAS crisis erupted, thousands of questions, major public concern. For the Flemish government, we launched a podcast series tackling the most pressing issues head-on. Clear messages, credible voices, direct delivery. The result? A controlled narrative and while the crisis wasn’t avoided, it was well managed.
