From mobility to self-confidence

At the Academy, household helpers learn everything they need to hit the road safely: balance, steering control, traffic skills and even how to stay visible in traffic. Participants come from diverse cultural backgrounds and are coached at their own pace. This way, Glowi aims not only to give its household helpers more mobility, but also more confidence and more opportunities on the job market.

A ride through the Academy

After successful editions in Aalst and Mechelen, it was Heverlee’s turn. We made sure the third edition didn’t go unnoticed. The press was invited to experience the training up close: from theory to practice, from saddle adjustment to blind spot exercises. The enthusiasm was palpable, among participants and journalists alike. For one day, the Heverlee traffic park turned into a buzzing media hub for both regional and national outlets.

No brakes on the results

Thanks to a smart PR approach, the Glowi Cycling Academy gained impressive media coverage: 12 articles in print and online, and three TV reports, including an upbeat feature on VTM Nieuws. Let’s just say: a good cycling coach builds confidence, while a good PR partner builds visibility. Together, we rode a powerful story into the world.
